The Victoria Native Friendship Centre (VNFC) hosts the only public lending library in a Friendship Centre in Canada. Named for the former Executive Director who retired in December 2017, the Bruce Parisian Library houses the largest collection of Indigenous related and created resources on Vancouver Island.
